I have lived in Elkford for over 30 years. In that time, my husband John & I have raised a family, met many people from all walks of life, and have participated in many activities including skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking, camping, and curling. We love the area with all of the friendly people, Majestic Mountains and never-ending scenery.
Over the years I have taken an interest in the community by becoming an active member of the Elkford Chamber of Commerce and am presently serving as Secretary/Treasurer on the Board.
I have several years experience in sales starting in August 1994 with Fording Coal. I was involved with their condo sales of the Keys and Fisher Buildings. The following year I worked in sales with Courtenay Developments on the Elk Valley Vista project. I was also in sales with Fording for the Boivin Condo project in 1999.
At this point it seemed natural that I should pursue a license in real estate. I completed my Property Management Program through the University of B.C. in 1999, and then took the Salesperson program, finishing in December of 2001. I was then working for a local real estate agency until August 2003.
Now employed with Royal LePage East Kootenay Realty, I am able to meet all of your real estate needs in a professional manner.
Every year from 2004-2008 I have received the "President's Gold" Award from Royal LePage for being in the top 6th-10th percentile of my residential market's sales representatives' earnings.
In 2007 & 2008 I also received the prestigious "Diamond" Award from Royal LePage for being in the top three percent of my residential market's sales representatives' earnings.
I am very fortunate to be living in Elkford & the Elk Valley and am enjoying all that it has to offer, from wonderful people, to any outdoor activities imaginable, scenery beyond belief, peaceful tranquility; all of this is here for everyone to enjoy.
